Sally provides professional reflexology treatments that are both clinical and holistic; treatments therefore aim to support clients with various medical conditions, or simply for relaxation, general health, and well-being.
Her training is in The Bayly School method. She is also qualified in Advanced reflexology including hand reflexology, and in Vertical Reflex Therapy (and Synergistic reflexology) - using The Lynne Booth method.
All clients receive a full consultation, aromatic foot soak (optional), enjoyable pre-treatment foot massage to warm and relax the feet, and a short post-treatment foot massage to conclude.
If you'd like to know more about Reflexology, there is a lot more information on the therapy on this site.

VRT or Vertical Reflex Therapy (also known as Vertical Reflexology) is a form of reflexology which can be used as a 'stand-alone treatment' and takes around 10-20 minutes or so. However, VRT is normally given before a slightly shorter conventional reflexology treatment of approx 40 mins. Regular reflexology is carried out while the client is lying/reclined on the treatment couch.
Please allow two hours total for first treatment, Including a detailed consultation and short mobility assessment (when appropriate).
This treatment was devised by Lynne Booth, and involves the therapist working on the top and sides of the foot, and mid-calf area, while the client is standing. Because the foot is in a weight bearing position, it is believed to promote enhanced action on the reflexes. It is recommended, by Lynne Booth, for anyone with mobility problems, stiff joints, muscular-skeletal problems etc. as well as other conditions. In order for this therapy to be effective, for mobility problems, as many as six treatments may be required, with follow up maintenance treatments to keep any improvements gained. VRT needs to be regular initially to gain optimum benefits.
The treatment also includes synergistic reflexology, and sometimes a self-help Technique,
£100.00 for course of three
£190.00 for course of six full treatments (recommended)
70 minute treatment time
Blissfully relaxing! A really good balancing therapy for mind, body and spirit. Reiki aims to assist energy flow around the body, therefore creating a good synergy combined with reflexology.
This treatment involves deep relaxation and begins with 10-15 minutes of reiki, followed by a regular reflexology treatment of approx. 40 minutes (*please see details of reflexology treatment), and concluding with five minutes of reiki (min) to the feet. I may give reiki during the treatment as well, rather than beforehand – depending on the client and any conditions etc. Complementary therapists also work intuitively.
I would recommend that anyone who wishes to combine reiki with reflexology ideally experiences a reiki treatment first. However, for someone who has already had reflexology and/or other complementary therapies, and for my own clients, this therapy would be fine; reiki is very gentle and safe. *Please note times are approx as each client is individual.
"I had several sessions of reflexology with Sally to try and find some relief from a problem with my pelvis and hips. Sally's treatment room is relaxing and calming. I instantly felt in competent hands; Sally is professional, thorough and caring. The treatments were very relaxing, but more than this, the benefits that I felt were beyond all my expectations. Sally listened carefully to me between each session ..."Read more testimonials
